★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de años de ser cliente. Estoy totalmente decepcionado, el pasado jueves 23 de mayo, compre una CISTERNA de la marca Cityjal, pues me han enviado un TINACO. Acudí hacer la reclamación (durante la compra vimos el modelo que deseaba, pero fui engañado) y como me dijeron que no manejan la CISTERNA, les solicite un reembolso a lo cual se negaron. Me vi obligado a comprar una CISTERNA de la marca Rotoplas... $700 pesos más cara que las casas comerciales del rumbo!!!.
Con todo eso, se dignaron enviarme el producto hasta el día sábado a las 14:00hrs. dos días perdidos de trabajo además de la MOLESTIA.
NO VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR UN CLAVO EN DONOSTI DE LA AV. TECNOLOGICO
After years of being a client. I am totally disappointed, last Thursday, May 23, I bought a CISTERNA from the Cityjal brand, as they have sent me a TINACO. I made the claim (during the purchase we saw the model that I wanted, but I was deceived) and as they told me that they do not handle the CISTERNA, I asked for a refund, which they refused. I was forced to buy a CISTERNA of the brand Rotoplas ... $ 700 pesos more expensive than the commercial houses of the course !!!.
With all that, they deigned to send me the product until Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Two days lost from work in addition to MOLESTIA.
I WILL NOT PURCHASE A NAIL IN DONOSTI OF THE AV. TECHNOLOGICAL
