★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención ni siquiera escuchan lo que dices y te contestan de pésima forma-No entregan notas de venta y les retiran el precio- No hay cambios ni devoluciones cosa que no comentan al concluir compra- Ni siquiera recuerdan los costos a los que te venden el producto-
La calidad de las prendas está bien, muy bonitas pero en algunos casos la talla es engañosa solo hay que cuidar eso, pero por lo mencionado con anterioridad no regresaría a comprar ahí. :/
Terrible attention, they do not even listen to what you say and they answer you in a terrible way-They do not deliver sales notes and they withdraw the price- There are no changes or returns, which they do not comment on at the end of the purchase- They do not even remember the costs at which they sell you the product-
The quality of the garments is fine, very beautiful but in some cases the size is misleading, you just have to take care of that, but for the aforementioned I would not go back to buy there. : /

They have a good assortment of backpacks, they have good space and are quite resistant, I will return later for another one that I liked

Uno de los empleados tenía una actitud bastante soberbia, preguntamos por las botas más económicas que manejaban en un estilo (porque necesitabamos varios pares en distinto número) y ni siquiera supo respondernos de forma útil. Nos dejó viendo e incluso se puso a hablar con otra de las empleadas mencionando lo que buscabamos pero que "obviamente" no manejaban eso en su tienda con un tonito de voz superior muy molesto, como si no pudieramos comprar. Lástima de productos porque con un servicio así ni de chiste volvemos.
Bad customer service. One of the employees had a rather arrogant attitude, we asked about the cheapest boots that they carried in a style (because we needed several pairs in different numbers) and he did not even know how to answer us in a helpful way. He left us watching and even started talking to another of the employees mentioning what we were looking for but that "obviously" they didn't handle that in his store with a very annoying superior tone of voice, as if we couldn't buy. Too bad about the products because with a service like this we won't even come back.
