★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo iba bien por los primeros 10-12 meses pagando mi prestamo. Después de eso se tornaron hostigosos enviando correos o recordatorios de pago como si uno no supiera sus fechas de pago. Quizá les subió la morosidad y por eso lo hacen pero no es justo que apliquen las medidas de hostigamiento no solo a los morosos si no también a quienes pagamos puntualmente.
 Everything was fine for the first 10-12 months paying off my loan. After that they became harassing sending emails or payment reminders as if one did not know their payment dates. Perhaps their delinquencies rose and that is why they do it but it is not fair that they apply harassment measures not only to defaulters but also to those who pay on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace mas de mes y medio que hice un depósito por el total de mi crédito 5,814.90 pesos, y no se ha visto reflejado en mi estado de cuenta. Llamo todos los días para pedir informes y mando correos cada tanto y no me dan respuesta. Lo peor del caso es que me están mandando correos a mi y a mis referencias exigiendo un pago que ya se hizo hace mas de mes y medio. Increíble el mal servicio y la falta de profesionalismo. procederé a buscar apoyo legal para demandar a la empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensaba que era buena empresa. Cada vez pagan menos por referidos, la plataforma falla y esta muy mal diseñada. Los retiros tardan demasiados días en llegar. Si hay alguna falla no contestan mensajes ni correos ni nada. Cero lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El primer préstamo que solicité aquí estuvo muy ágil el proceso, este año quise intentar de nuevo y de verdad no hay otra palabra que describa mejor su customer service que es asco, y no les miento, no hay respuesta rápida, ni ellos saben que put¨*s con el seguimiento. De verdad terrible, no les recomiendo solo les harán perder dinero y tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo el servicio de su plataforma, ni en el teléfono, ni en redes sociales se puede entablar comunicación, la plataforma me marca errores al ingresar mis usuarios, no hay manera de comunicarse con nadie.... tengo una inversión y no tengo manera de recuperar mi dinero, no les recomiendo que realicen alguna inversión ya que les pasara lo mismo, en general esta plataforma de invertir Doopla no es viable ni recomendada es un fraude...........les recomiendo invertir en YotePresto , Afluenta .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente parece que están teniendo problemas con su administracion ya que son muy lentos en dar respuestas y en evaluar créditos, no son flexibles en caso de que quieras menos de lo que te aprueban. Cuidado: cuando una empresa tiene este tipo de problemas quiere decir que tienen un desmad%e y alrato eso se puede traducir en que no te devuelvan tu dinero en tiempo, o que no reconozcan los pagos que realices (eso ya está pasando si leen otros comentarios), se debe a que sus procesos son deficientes, tienen problemas de personal y no sería sorpresa que incluso tuvieran problemas para mantener la seguridad de tu informacion como cliente, o del propio dinero de los inversionistas. Son mejores en Prestadero, y también en YotePresto (aunque esta última plataforma es más cara).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mal. Hace un año y medio no tuve ningún problema para solicitar un crédito con ustedes y todo perfecto. Hoy que termine de pagar y vuelvo a solicitar otro ni siquiera contestan, no dan seguimiento y por lo que veo su sistema varias veces no reconoce los pagos.
Mal por su administración y las personas que están a cargo actualmente.
All wrong. A year and a half ago I had no problem applying for a loan with you and everything was perfect. Today when I finish paying and I request another one they don't even answer, they don't follow up and from what I see their system several times doesn't recognize the payments.
Too bad for your management and the people who are currently in charge.
