Nos ofrecieron la entrega y el flete el mismo día de la compra!!!! Lo cual, fue maravilloso.
No solamente eso. Los dos caballeros que hicieron la entrega en el domicilio fueron muy profesionales, amables nos ayudaron muchísimo. Recomiendo ampliamente ésta tienda. Un excelente servicio y personal de primera. Obviamente mi mercancías, de calidad.
It is a small store. Monica took care of us very kindly, with all patience she made recommendations until we found what we wanted.
They offered us delivery and freight the same day of purchase !!!! Which was wonderful.
Not only that. The two gentlemen who made the home delivery were very professional, kind, they helped us a lot. I highly recommend this store. Excellent service and first-rate staff. Obviously my goods, of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son excelentes vendedores pero para resolver un problema se llevan hasta 15 días de proceso en revisar un colchón. Después de 3 días de dormir en el colchón nuevo se hundió. Llamas a la tienda y no te dan solución aquí, tienes que hablar al Centro de Atención a Clientes. Con la mano en la cintura te dicen que solo son vendedores, para cualquier problema tienes que llamar a su CAE. Al revisar el colchón, encontramos dos golpes en la base, no son visibles, pero si se sienten al tacto. Mientras te dejan con el problema y durmiendo en donde tú te las arregles. Pésima atención de servicio al cliente.
They are excellent sellers but to solve a problem it takes up to 15 days to review a mattress. After 3 days of sleeping on the new mattress sank. You call the store and they don't give you a solution here, you have to talk to the Customer Service Center. With the hand on the waist they tell you that they are only sellers, for any problem you have to call their CAE. When checking the mattress, we found two strokes on the base, they are not visible, but they feel to the touch. While they leave you with the problem and sleeping where you manage. Bad customer service.
