★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención del señor Ricardo, muy buen trato y nos explicp súper bien ,tuvo problemas en el sistema, el le pidió ayuda a sus compañeros pero sólo le decían que marcara al sistema, no le ayudaban bien y tenian muy mal genio.
Creo que por respeto y amabilidad para el señor al ser una persona mayor debían ayudarlo. ☺

Deja mucho que desear. No ofrece nada de opciones y con evidente molestia cuando pides que lo haga. Y me refiero a una sola gama de soporte.
De igual modo vi los colchones. Si llego a comprar aquí será con el otro empleado, un señor que pasa los 50 años de edad.
No pido que lo corran. Pido que lo vuelvan a capacitar para hablar con las personas.
