★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato al cliente, llame a la sucursal para pedir una cotización para 15 pares de zapatos, para una compra corporativa, y cuando por fin atendieron el teléfono, y solicite el correo para enviar los datos de los zapatos que requería, me dijeron que tenían que hablar con el encargado de la tienda, para saber si podían darme el e-mail, y después de un tiempo en espera me colgaron, por lo que llame de nuevo y el encargado me contesto muy grosero diciéndome que no podía darme ninguna información aun cuando íbamos a adquirir esa cantidad de zapatos, por lo que le pregunte cual seria la forma entonces de saber los costos para adquirirlos y me contesto que no sabia y que no le interesaba como podría hacerlo y me colgó. Que decepción ya que años anteriores ahí mismo realizamos las compras de fin de año, pero por supuesto no habrá ni una mas para esta sucursal. El dueño debería de despedirlo de inmediato, ya que en lugar de hacer ventas las rechazan, es un absurdo.
Lousy customer treatment, call the branch to request a quote for 15 pairs of shoes, for a corporate purchase, and when they finally answered the phone, and request the mail to send the data of the shoes that I required, they told me they had I had to talk to the store manager, to see if they could give me the e-mail, and after a while I was hung up, so I called again and the manager answered me very rudely telling me that he could not give me any information yet when we were going to acquire that amount of shoes, so I asked him what would be the way to know the costs to acquire them then and he replied that he did not know and that he was not interested in how he could do it and hung up on me. What a disappointment since previous years there we made the year-end purchases, but of course there will not be one more for this branch. The owner should fire him immediately, since instead of making sales they reject them, it is absurd.
