 I bought some shoes and they told me they were going to mold them because they were tightening, what they did was cut the shoe and moisten it so it wouldn't show. I had to go back to change them. Bad attention from the staff

Pero en lo que cabe me encanta el calzado de esta marca, muy bonitos y a buen precio.
Y en la tienda el personal muy amable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por el encargado de caja lamentablemte desconozco su nombre pero es el único hombre de la tienda, su forma burlona de atenderte y aparte aventó los zapatos que compramos y nos negó a darnos una bolsa cuando llegamos a hacer el cambio de producto ( por que era para regalo y no le quedó) lo negó el servicio argumentando que eso no se puede y no quizo dar bolsa de nuevo por que dijo que no tenían.
Cuando pedimos hablar con él encargado dijo que era el y que nos retirarlos de la tienda
Terrible service by the cashier unfortunately I don't know his name but he is the only man in the store, his mocking way of serving you and apart from that he threw the shoes we bought and refused to give us a bag when we came to change the product (why it was for a gift and it didn't fit) the service denied it arguing that it can't be done and they didn't want to give a bag again because they said they didn't have it.
When we asked to speak to the manager, he said it was him and that we would pick them up from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son de la línea de zapatos que más me agradan. Sus modelos son muy masculinos y se nota que sus diseñadores no se han dejado envolver por el progresismo ni la ideología de género. En esas maravillosas tiendas, distingues bastante bien un zapato masculino de un femenino. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Pd. Les faltan más modelos de charol.
They are from the line of shoes that I like the most. Their models are very masculine and it shows that their designers have not allowed themselves to be enveloped by progressivism or gender ideology. In those wonderful stores, you can tell a male shoe from a female one quite well. I highly recommend it. P.S. They lack more patent leather models.
