★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful condo! Steps to the beach, plenty of street parking, very VERY clean inside and out. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) were very comfortable and spent 5 days here. We had everything we needed. Shower was hot, AC kept us comfortable on hot days, and there are even spots outside to clean the sand from your feet after the beach. The pool was nicely shaded and we played in it every day. We will stay here next time we are in Puerto Morelos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed on second floor A2. We have a nice partial view of the ocean. Balcony is large. Condo is very clean upon arrival and spacious. Manager Amanda is great and very helpful. Bikes and various beach toys such a paddle boards,kayaks, life jackets,kids beach toys, pool toys available. When we arrived one bike had a child seat already so I paid to have another bike fitted with a child seat so we could ride around with the kids. Amanda did everything for me to get this done. Very nice place to stay.
