Very good place, the house is very spacious has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms the rooms with mini split, everything in general is very good. It is located in San Carlos Sonora.

A very comfortable and large place, clean an excellent place to spend a weekend, although to get to the beach you cannot reach it on foot.

Al principio tuve una muy buena atención de parte de la chica a la que contacté, incluso al llegar a la casa nos ayudo a trasladarnos al supermercado para comprar víveres ya que la casa está en medio de la nada y es imposible pedir un uber a través de la aplicación o taxi. La vista desde la casa es horrible, la casa es básica sin nada fuera de lo común y lo único que la hacía atractiva era la alberca. Ir a una casa en la playa que no tenga alberca es un poco absurdo no?. Resulta que días antes de mi llegada, la encargada me informó que la alberca no estaba disponible, pero que la casa de a lado sí tenía alberca disponible y la podría usar; al llegar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no servia ninguna alberca!!!!! y resulta que estuvimos todo el fin de semana en una casa en medio de la nada, con una vista horrible y sin alberca. Lo peor es que no se hicieron responsables y no quisieron hacer ajuste de precio sólo porque pensaron que no había manera de hacer malos comentarios hacia la casa ya que no la contrate a través de Arbnb. A la casa de a lado le hicieron un reembolso por el servicio de alberca que habían ofrecido y no recibimos porque ellos sí podían comentar en la aplicación y obviamente les dio miedo su comentario; sin embargo a mi me tomaron de a loca porque no les importaba mi opinión, pésimo servicio. BAD EXPERIENCE! At first I had a very good attention from the girl I contacted, even when we arrived at the house she helped us to go to the supermarket to buy groceries since the house is in the middle of nowhere and it is impossible to ask for an uber through of the application or taxi. The view from the house is horrible, the house is basic with nothing out of the ordinary and the only thing that made it attractive was the pool. Going to a house on the beach that doesn't have a pool is a bit absurd, isn't it? It turns out that days before my arrival, the manager informed me that the pool was not available, but that the house next door did have a pool available and I could use it; upon arrival we were surprised that no pool was used!!!!! and it turns out that we spent the whole weekend in a house in the middle of nowhere, with a horrible view and no pool. The worst thing is that they did not take responsibility and did not want to make a price adjustment just because they thought there was no way to make bad comments towards the house since they did not hire it through Arbnb. They gave the house next door a refund for the pool service they had offered and we didn't receive it because they could comment on the app and their comment obviously scared them; however, they took me crazy because they didn't care about my opinion, lousy service.

G	German C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a dump. Don't even think about it. My kids ended up getting streptococcus from the pool, I had no idea that was even possible. Nothing about this place was as advertised and the location is nowhere near the ocen and near impossible to find. Terrible location, terrible cleanliness, just terrible overall. One of my worst regrets.
