First, they did not deliver the day they were left because they ran out of material. I was notified at the end of that delivery day. Later, they tried to communicate by mail to reschedule, and disappeared for 1 week without warning. In the end, they delivered what they wanted (something other than what I originally asked for). If they were going to do that anyway, why then did they take weeks and measure more to deliver? And the day they delivered they left the arrangement outside the house. And the worst thing is that every time they try to contact customer service, they take their sweet time to answer, and in each contact they try to do their best to ignore the problems that the customer has or has had. Terrible way of doing business. They neither confirm the problem nor seek to accept it. I don't know what's worse, abysmal customer service and various mistakes due to poor logistics, or feeling so divas that they think they can ignore a customer with valid problems with their service. Much lack of professionalism. I will not use this service again.

If you buy the arrangements that are free, literally the man from the stall outside the supermarket or the Market will be better; They put margaritas and the cheapest thing they can find, but yes, they cost $ 1,200 or something like that. Set aside all old, battered, misplaced and crushed flowers. The fatal delivery, tactless, inexperienced. The arrangement all badly done, even half of the paper in which it was wrapped fell off. Do not waste your money, any other commercial flower shop is better, they deliver well and beautifully for half or less. Artistic bouquets have nothing. I put a complaint on IG and they never responded to me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to do any custom work with them for my wedding was extremely frustrating &, in the end, very disappointing. To start, they are very unresponsive, as other reviewers have mentioned: responses almost always required some kind of follow up on my part, to the point where I was several times doubtful that the order would arrive at all. I ordered a bridal bouquet, a flower crown & a boutonniere, asking that they all be composed to go together for my wedding at the registro civil in Coyoacán. I provided two sample photos & asked them to use bougainvillea, wanting to pay homage to the streets of Coyoacan. They promised me they would show me photos of their in-progress work on Friday, the day the flowers would be delivered, so I could communicate any adjustments I wanted. At 4pm, having heard nothing from them, I wrote to check in. They showed me pictures of a bouquet that was very much in line with my thinking, though it didn't include bougainvillea. The way they took the pictures, though, made it impossible to see that they had not cut the stems to make a hand bouquet--so the stems of the flowers, rather than the flowers themselves, dominate my wedding photos. (The price of a bridal bouquet is $2500 pesos, 5x the price of their "daily bunch" & they did not take the time to trim the stems to make a hand bouquet rather than one for a vase.) The crown they took pictures of & it appeared to be a simple rose crown, sort of ancient Greek in vibe, not at all in line with the aesthetic of the bouquet or what I wanted. As I was replying, they told me the order had already been sent out. So I had no opportunity to point out the obvious: that the crown didn't match at all. When the order arrived, I could see that they had used several light pink roses, several of which were bruised and only looked uglier after spending a night in the fridge. (I got married the following morning, which they were well aware of in advance.) When I went to put on the crown, it hemorrhaged flowers at every turn. I must have lost at least 7-8 flowers before mounting it, as the tape was very badly applied in some places; at one point even the ribbon fell off & I had to retie it. The whole thing felt & looked very rushed & was not at all what I ordered. Using primarily roses & especially a delicate color like pink was a huge mistake, when more hearty flowers could have easily been used to withstand the lag time before the ceremony. The boutonniere was cute, but instead of a flower included two large buds that didn't even open. I'm not sure if this was intentional, but it seems really bad luck on a wedding day when flowers are supposed to symbolize life, fertility, etc. They had instructed me to put everything in the refrigerator overnight & when I wrote to ask if that also included the bouquet, all I received was an automatic response. They never answered the question, so I assumed I should put it in the fridge. When I pulled it out the next morning, the more delicate flowers were wilted & unattractive. But oh well, because we had to get to the ceremony. When we returned, I put the bouquet in a vase & it perked up very nicely.
Moral of the story for me is, this is a great place for ordering delivery vase bouquets. When I previously ordered a "bunch of the day" arrangement through their online shop, it arrived no problems, was stunning & will last well over a week if you pick out the delicate flowers as they begin to fade. Their vase bouquets are beautiful & those I will probably continue buying; they smell fantastic, to the point where they gave me a Proustian recollection of my childhood with my grandmother at her own favorite overpriced florist, Jacob Maarse in Pasadena. The aesthetic of Artesteria is obviously very original & inspired; after such a positive experience with their "bunch of the day" bouquet, it was a huge disappointment to me not to feel like they wanted to collaborate on realizing my vision for my wedding flowers. In fact, I felt very much that my wedding did not matter at all. Luckily I'll do another post covid--with another florist.
