★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resulta que si apartas una casa y si el banco se tarda en dar respuesta o tu trámite tarda por algo del banco ellos venden la propiedad que tenias apartada!! Según ellos fue porque nos tardamos poco más de un mes en que el banco nos respondiera, pero la propiedad ya estaba habitada desde 1 semana antes de que nos resolvieran. Además que en ningún momento condicionan en que solo te la apartan cierto tiempo ?
It turns out that if you set aside a house and if the bank takes a long time to respond or your procedure takes a long time for something from the bank, they will sell the property that you had set aside! According to them it was because it took us a little over a month for the bank to respond to us, but the property was already inhabited for 1 week before they resolved us. Also, at no time do they condition that they only set it aside for a certain time ?
