★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. No puedes acceder sin cita y eso te lo dicen los oficiales del edificio donde se encuentran las oficinas. Hasta que llegas ahí te dicen que entres a un sitio web a agendar cita para poder pasar! Valiéndoles que ya estás ahí. Pésimo que hagan eso y no pongan un aviso en su página después de hacer el pedido que indique que hagas una cita.
APPALLING. You cannot access without an appointment and that is what the officers of the building where the offices are located tell you. Until you get there they tell you to enter a website to schedule an appointment to be able to pass! Valuing them that you are already there. Too bad that they do that and don't put a notice on their page after ordering telling you to make an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora que para recoger pedidos tienes que sacar cita, es mucho más rápido. Si se llega puntual no te lleva más de 5 minutos entrar y salir por tu pedido. Muy organizado y casi no te topas gente. Si no tienes cita no te dejan pasar.
Now that you have to make an appointment to pick up orders, it's much faster. If you arrive on time it doesn't take you more than 5 minutes to get in and out for your order. Very organized and you hardly run into people. If you don't have an appointment they won't let you in.
