Les escribí días después para preguntarles si sí habían pedido las dos playeras y jamás me contestaron por lo que fui a la tienda para preguntar porque ví que quedaban pocas playeras de ese modelo con el distribuidor a lo que me dijeron que sí las encargarían. Cuando me avisaron que ya habían llegado me querían dar una playera que no había pedido, cuando pregunté por la otra playera me comentaron que no había de la talla que quería sin embargo cuando yo las había encargado había visto que el distribuidor oficial sí tenía las tallas. Es una tienda surtida y con muchos productos pero creo que podrían poner más atención y cuidado en cuanto a los encargos. En fin, mejor hubiera pedido mis playeras con el distribuidor oficial. :(
I asked for a couple of shirts that they didn't have and they told me they would ask for them on their next order. I wrote to them days later to ask them if they had asked for the two shirts and they never answered me so I went to the store to ask because I saw that there were few shirts of that model left with the distributor to which they told me that they would order them. When they told me that they had already arrived they wanted to give me a shirt that I had not ordered, when I asked about the other shirt they told me that there was not the size I wanted, however when I had ordered them I had seen that the official distributor did have the sizes . It is a well-stocked store with many products but I think they could pay more attention and care in terms of orders. Anyway, I had better have ordered my shirts with the official distributor. :(
