★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es atender la queja, dejar al cliente satisfecho y agradecer por sus comentarios para mejorar; no para burlarse del cliente ni hacer comentarios fuera de lugar. Les sugiero tener un CM porque evidentemente las respuestas que dan no son de un profesional.
Customer service is to address the complaint, leave the customer satisfied and thank them for their comments to improve; not to make fun of the client or make comments out of place. I suggest you have a CM because obviously the answers they give are not from a professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las probé en Central Amores de CDMX, lamentablemente a mi familiar casi en el último bocado de una galleta sabor “crema de cacahuate” le salió un cabello. Se les mostró a los vendedores y su respuesta no fue la más cordial ni lógica.
El sabor es bueno, pero no me gustó la atención de quien las vende en mostrador.
I tried them at Central Amores in CDMX, unfortunately my family member almost had a hair out of a “peanut butter” flavor cookie with the last bite. It was shown to the vendors and their response was not the most cordial or logical.
The taste is good, but I did not like the attention of those who sell them over the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontré un cabello dentro de la galleta ? Al comunicárselos se excusaron con que “es que se manufacturan en otro lado”. No se responsabilizaron y no tuvieron la atención de por lo menos reemplazar el producto. Pésima atención en un tema tan delicado como el higiene.
I found a hair inside the cookie ? When I told them they excused themselves with "they are manufactured elsewhere". They took no responsibility and did not care to at least replace the product. Terrible attention on a subject as delicate as hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me recomendaron estas galletas y las pedí por delivery. Probé la de cheesecake de blueberry y la de café con leche. Son grandes, por el tamaño de la cajita pensé que eran pequeñas y me llevé la sorpresa de que si estaban grandes. Son adecuadas por el precio. Estaban ricas, acompañadas con leche o con café saben mejor.
These cookies were recommended to me and I ordered them for delivery. I tried the blueberry cheesecake and the coffee with milk. They are big, because of the size of the box I thought they were small and I was surprised that they were big. They are adequate for the price. They were delicious, accompanied with milk or coffee they taste better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor es bueno, los ingredientes de buena calidad, solo que les falta cocción la galleta al centro es literal la masa, solo se disfruta la costra. No es pretexto que sea una galleta estilo NY hay una enorme diferencia entre crudo y cremoso y no es tu caso
