If you are looking for a VRBO in Playa del Carmen, this HAS to be the spot for you. This host is extremely professional and courteous and the house is AMAZING!! I'm so glad we didn't do an all-inclusive. We got to experience most of what Playa had to offer by staying in this fantastic VRBO. The location of the house is absolutely prime!! We are one block from the main strip and around the corner from bars and clubs. It's also a two block walk from the beach! There is also a convenience store right next door if you need snacks or small items. If you're looking to stay in the heart of it all, you can't beat this location. Our group of 12 stayed very comfortably in this luxurious Villa. I was surprised to have as much space as we did in the heart of the strip. The first floor has a very large dining area, bar, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and sitting area. There is a patio and another outdoor lounge area that is up a flight of stairs. The outdoor sitting areas are private and you can hear the nightlife and ocean. There are bedrooms on the second and third floors and they are extremely spacious. The bathrooms are well appointed and the water is hot. Each room has a TV, balcony and excellent A/C. The fourth floor is the perfect spot to hang out! It's a covered lounge on the roof with sofas, a bar, a plunge pool and a fantastic view of the water. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cigar. On top of how nice the villa is, the service and amenities were top notch!! We were welcomed by the staff onsite. There is 24 hour security/door service. These guys are always ready to greet you with a smile - no matter what time you get home from your excursions or night of partying. A exceptional cleaning service is provided every other day where the house is essentially restocked and restored to checkin status. All the linens and towels were replaced and the dishes were washed. The villa team also provided bottled water in a cooler. We scheduled two meals (brunch and dinner) with their chef. The brunch was excellent and the dinner was on another level. It was a multi course dinner made on the grill and served on the rooftop. The ceviche was easily the best we've had. Fresh guacamole, grilled veggies, steak and shrimp. He even grilled the fish we caught that afternoon. The only issue we had with the house was with the WiFi. This was an issue because many of us still had to work while on vacation. The villa team worked hard to rectify the issue each time it came up. Unfortunately, we were disconnected most of the weekend. They did, however, provide a temporary solution where we had WiFi on one floor. Luckily there is a Starbucks around the corner and those that had to work were able to go there. Outside of the WiFi issue, the stay was exceptional!! The staff goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and welcome. They even went as far as to get a birthday cake for us (which was the reason for the vacay)! Again, thank you to the Villa team for making our trip fantastic! I would highly recommend this location! Especially if you have a good group that is looking to enjoy what Playa has to offer.

The Villa is amazing, it’s very comfortable for a group of 10 people and it’s very well located. It’s in the middle of downtown Playa, 1 min walking from the 5th avenue and 2 min walking from the beach. I had a really good experience with the host, they are very professional and you can have full confidence in them. They took care of everything we asked and they made our trip in Playa very pleasant. The place is safe and the staff working in the villa is trustworthy.

First off, shoutout to Yanet and the entire Downtown Villa PDC team. Y’all are amazing and I hope and pray your business ventures continue to flourish. They made us feel at home, very accommodating, responsive, professional, and overall wonderful! We visited May 30-June 3rd for my 30th birthday and boy was it a blast! Being so far from home and being welcomed in a place so aesthetically pleasing, greeted by friendly faces daily, and feeling even more safe with around the clock security def made the trip unforgettable. The villa in itself was very spacious, clean, and homey. The downstairs didn’t have A/C, which was a little rough some days due to the heat in PDC, but we def adjusted. All rooms were well equipped with towels, robes, soap, shampoo/conditioner, running hot water, A/C, bathtubs, standing showers, and a balcony. I mean the place is amazing. If you don’t stay here you’re really missing out. We spent a lot of our time on the rooftop playing games, eating/drinking, sun bathing...partying pretty much. We had a chef to come and provide meals and a bartender 1 night to welcome us in. We had chef Miguel to do a welcome bbq dinner for us, which was highly recommended by other reviews. But in my opinion this is something we could have done without. I would have much rather explored the downtown area and enjoyed some of the cuisine at the local restaurants blocks away from the villa. Chef Miguel didn’t prepare the meat over the grill outside like we were under the impression he was going to do, which was a bummer. But oh well. If you need a chef I highly recommended Chef Arturo, Christopher, and Mariana. THE BEST!!!!! If you go to PDC stay here at downtown villa, the best around. And probably one of the nicest well equipped places I’ve ever stayed at while vacationing.!! Thank y’all for EVERYTHING!!

This villa is 5/5 stars. The location is perfect. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. The plunge pool was so relaxing. Chef Miguel was so on point the first night, we asked him to come back the following day for lunch! He cooked all the fish we caught! Highly recommend.

We came here for a bachelorette party and has an amazing experience. Walking distance from all the best bars, restaurants and shops. Make sure to have their chef cook some of your meals and get massages it was always amazing! I will say likely not good for families with young children as the great location does mean you are steps away from the clubs and can hear the nightlife all night. Otherwise, highly recommend for groups of all sizes who are here in Playa for a good time!

Best Vacation spot ever. I couldnt dream of a more romantic place. Amazing location right near the beach and all the shops/restaurants, however it can get a little noisy at night but inside you can barely hear it. Nice hot shower and super hot jacuzzi!! Rooftop pool is gorgeous and a good temperature, overlooking a bit of the city and the ocean. Worth every penny. Highly highly recommend!

We just spent 3 nights at this house for a bachelorette party and had an absolutely amazing time! The location of the house is ideal and within walking distance from bars, restaurants and numerous Starbucks’. We felt safe the entire time and the security was great! The chef and all the staff were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!
