★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte de que te envían mal las piezas que cotizas, es decir, primero te cobran y te mandan lo que quieren, el envío te lo cobran a ti (aparte de que es carísimo para un paquete de pocas dimensiones) se equivocan y quieren que les regreses las piezas (a pero tú tienes que adivinar) y como el error lo cometen ellos, ahora sí te las ponen vía SEPOMEX para que no les cueste su error. busquen otro proveedor que tenga seriedad y se responsabilice por sus errores .

Ahora parece que tienen el "no hay como lema" tienes que ir señalar con pelos y señales e incluso llevar una muestra para decirte "no hay" y no sabemos cuándo surtan.... Mi experiencia en la que está en la tienda de la esquina de palma y Madero....
En la de Palma junto a las monedas no a sido tan deplorable... Lo que si es desilucionante.... Es que solicité un artículo que ya no tenían en tienda PERO EN EL ALMACÉN SI HABÍA... Y NO RESURTEN NI PIDEN QUE SE RESURTA ¿PORQUE???? SU querencia pareciera ser no vender... ¿Por qué no RESURTEN el material??... ¿Porque tiene uno que preguntar si hay en almacén???
No sería obligación de la tienda ver qué artículos faltan en tienda y si hay en almacén para que se surtan.... De verdad que servicio tan malo.... Nomás porque hay cosas que no consigo en otros lugares... Y desde más de 25 años los tengo como referencia... Pero ya no.... Lo pienso literal antes de ir y si hablas por teléfono... "No hay"...
