Dr. Aide Talamantes - 26200 Cd Acuña

Let me just start off by saying “WOW!” As an American traveling across the border to seek oral surgery, you would almost assume that to be a nerve twisting experience. My friends and family advised against it, stating that I’d have trouble navigating, communicating, and that I’d be in too much pain to travel back on my own. If I wasn’t the hard headed, stubborn, “have to do it on my own or I won’t do it at all” type, I’d probably have listened to them. I’ll tell you right now, I’m so glad I didn’t listen to them. I had a wonderful experience there. The office was very easy to find, the dentist spoke very good English and was able to understand my sorry Spanish skills and we had no troubles whatsoever. The office was very clean and sanitary, the tools and supplies were all brand new, the equipment was all up to date and an overall aesthetically pleasing establishment. I went in for 4 wisdom teeth to be removed with no anesthesia, which sounds like a nightmare. It was actually a fine time. 2 were fully exposed, 1 was partially exposed, and 1 was just beginning to protrude. DR. T was very compassionate and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The whole thing was very pleasant. I was able to drive myself to the pharmacy she recommended, pick up my medications, and made it home as if I hadn’t even been touched. I felt fine enough to go to my daughters softball game the same night, had a good night of sleep, and went back to work the very next day. I’m in no pain and no discomfort. I’ve been worse off after accidentally biting my cheek while chewing gum. She gave me very simple and easy to follow post op care instructions and has no problem answering questions and she’s very appreciative of my business. If google would allow me to give her more than 5 stars, I’d gladly give them all. I’ll definitely be going back for all my future dental work and I’m very confident that you will have as awesome of an experience as I have.

I recently had all of my teeth crowned by Dr Talamantes. She is simply outstanding. You cannot go wrong here. Her facility and assistants are top notch. It is extremely easy to get to her office. It is just a few minutes from the bridge. I made a total of 6 trips from Wink, TX to complete all of my work. Dr. Talamantes checked up on me between visits and is extremely professional and personable. She even recommended some great eating places that are in the area. Being a person that is terrified of dentist and had never had a tooth extraction. This place is by far the best dentist I've EVER been to. Dr. Giovana was the one who attended me and she was like my little angel. I went in crying and shaking of all the pain I had, She made sure I was comfortable and kept calm. She walked me threw everything that she was going to do and would constantly check to make sure I didn't feel pain. They followed up to check on me It's a great place. Highly recommend this place to anyone ?you won't regret it!

An excellent visit. Dr. Talamante’s Office and her team are the best ! I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Dr. Aide & Giovanna do everything they can to make you comfortable. An take the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommended making an appointment and getting the best dental care with them!

I came 3 years ago for 7 porcelain caps & Dr Talamantes did an excellent job. In April 2019 I returned with my step-daughter who needed all but 4 teeth pulled and replaced with a full top denture & a partial bottom denture. Dr. Giovana did an awesome job. Very gentle & compassionate. We returned 6 weeks later for the permanent partial bottom denture and she was very meticulous about the fitting and adjusting of both dentures. The price is affordable and their care is excellent.

Dr. Talamantes is an amazing dentist. I had to get a crown on my front tooth and it matches my other teeth perfectly. She is kind and gentle with you. I can not wait to go back to see her in the future for any dental needs. Well worth it and very reasonably priced.

I believe my experience with Dr. Talamantes was the best dental work and most enjoyable I have had. She was gentle, considerate and always concerned with my comfort. Over my life the lower front teeth had worn dramatically. My bite was not good. I went initially to crown my lower front teeth. But as we discussed my problems I agreed to crown all 12 bottom teeth and repair my complete bite. Over the course of several visits and hours of care, Dr. Aide finished the crowns and adjustments to perfect my bite. I am 100% fully satisfied and happy with my dental work. Dr Aide speaks very good english and Spanish. I recommend her and her dental work without reservation. I would gladly talk in person to any prospective client.
