Le mandó mando a hacer unos estudios a mi mamá (la cita era para mi mamá que vive en otro estado de la república, y el médico lo sabía ) Asi que nos dio una segunda cita.
Un día antes me llamaron para confirmar que asistiríamos así que les confirmé. Al día siguiente llegamos puntuales y resulta que no teníamos programada ninguna cita ese día y menos a esa hora. Que el médico ya se había ido!! Y ni una disculpa recibimos. Además pasaron la consulta con un médico internista al cual ni siquiera conocíamos. No nos dieron solución y fue todo. La verdad pésimo servicio de las secretarías.

He sent my mom to do some studies (the appointment was for my mom who lives in another state of the republic, and the doctor knew it) So he gave us a second appointment.
A day before they called me to confirm that we would attend so I confirmed them. The next day we arrived on time and it turns out that we had no scheduled appointment that day and even less so at that time. That the doctor had already left!! And we didn't get an apology. They also passed the consultation with an internist doctor whom we didn't even know. They did not give us a solution and that was it. The truth lousy service of the secretaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención y sobre todo seguimiento al padecimiento, en mi caso el año pasado nos contagiamos los 5 miembros de la familia y desde un principio nos dio tratamiento personalizado debido a los diferentes síntomas que presentamos, durante el proceso siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros para ver la evolución y cuando considero necesario tuvimos una exploración física, donde pudimos conocerlo y darnos cuenta que no sólo es un excelente Médico si no también un gran ser Humano.
