The doctor and staff are wonderful, and are bilingual. Excelente service. Definitely would recommend them.

Excellent doctor. My husband had a lot of wax in his ear. Doctor removed wax. We had 11 am appt and was out in less than 1/2 hour. Totally happy. Doctor speaks excellent English & is easy to explain condition. Thank you Dr Montalvo. We would return if we ever have need for war doctor. We recommended him ti our local Cancun friends.

I had major wax build up, Dr Alejandro had the same quality tools and vacuum that I was familiar with in the US. Patient doctor, took out all of the wax and gave me prescriptions needed.

I was only in Mexico for a week and decided to check out if someone could help me with what I thought was a Deviated septum as one side of my nose for years I nearly could never breath out of. Dr told me he could fix my nose the same day after doing a examination and he gave off an honest vibe so I decided to trust him. The cost of the surgery was at least 1/3 of what it would of been in the US and was very professionally done outside of his office at a local hospital where I was put under and woke up with a successful operation. Its been a week now and my nose is still a bit stuffy but thats normal and the post op bleeding has stopped and my nose even though its stuffy feels better than most of the time before the surgery. Dr Alejandro is a patient man that will answer all of your questions and has very good english translation skills. If your planning on getting anything done with your nose he is a good surgeon at a fair price and his receptionist speaks even better english than him which made setting up appointments and taxis to the office a breeze.

I was in Cancun for a week on family vacation. Unfortunate, I got ear infection and it really hurts. I foiling Dr. Alejandro on google on Friday night so I went there on Saturday morning without appointment. There was a man doing small handyman job ,with tool and hammer bang on the wall. Turn out he is doctor Alejandro , the office was closed and he was there to work on decorating in the office. He was very kind to take a look at my ear. He show image of inner ear infection on the screen and order prescription. Ear drops medicine and one shot of steroids. Appreciate he took me in on his day off. Cost of visit was $50 no insurance, excluding medicine which were buy at pharmacy.

Not very happy with the overall results of my operation. I needed reconstructive surgey on a deviated septum. I was told by Dr Alejandro that he would harvest cartilage from ear to reconstruct the nasal to allow more airflow. He did correct the deviated septum but he never did any reconstructive surgery and never harvested any cartilage. I still have problems breathing. It is disappointing to have an agreement with a Doctor and then pay all this money for an operation and go into surgey thinking it will be done, only to wake up from aneasthetics to know that only half the agreed upon surgey ws done for the full price. I have had two surgeries before to correct a deviated septum so I emphasised that I now need reconstructive surgery and he greed. I will have to do the surgery again with any surgeon and have to pay once again.. Disappointing!
