Agende con 15 días de anticipación y me hablan un día antes para cancelar mi cita ya que el doctor Ángel Gerardo González Valero alargo una semana más sus vacaciones.eso me lo hubieran dicho al momento de agendar y yo decido si esperó ya que tengo problema de tabique y ya me dificulta respirar con normalidad.
Afortunadamente ya agende con otro especialista.
Lack of commitment and professionalism
Schedule 15 days in advance and they call me a day before to cancel my appointment since Dr. Ángel Gerardo González Valero extended his vacation one more week, they would have told me at the time of scheduling and I decide if he waited since I have a problem with septum and it's already making it difficult for me to breathe normally.
Fortunately, I already made an appointment with another specialist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente doctor, siempre está al pendiente del paciente, a atendido a mis hijos. Mi cirugía de nariz super bien sin tapones ni férulas molestas la recuperación de lo mejor aparte de darle un plus a mi nariz. Un doctor super paciente me ayudó mucho para mis trámites con la aseguradora y me sigue atendiendo con mi tratamiento de alergias. Poco a poco me siento mejor sin duda lo recomiendo.
Excellent doctor, he is always on the lookout for the patient, he has taken care of my children. My nose surgery was super good without plugs or splints annoying the recovery of the best apart from giving a plus to my nose. A super patient doctor helped me a lot with my procedures with the insurance company and he continues to treat me with my allergy treatment. Little by little I feel better I definitely recommend it.
