I had read bad reviews of the doctor on Google but I went because I needed attention and he was available through the Doctoralia application. First they changed my first appointment, an hour before the agreed time. This change was not updated in the Doctoralia app. On the second attempt, on the way to the appointment, the doctor's assistant wrote to me that if I was going to be late when it was actually 10 minutes before my appointment, I sent a screenshot to verify the time and they told me that there was no problem and that they would wait for me. When I arrived, I waited 5 minutes in the lobby to be told that the doctor had left. From when they wrote to me until I arrived, only 10 minutes passed. They called the doctor at that time but he didn't want to come back, even though he canceled my first appointment and on the second his staff made a mistake. It seems to me a lack of respect and total lack of empathy.
