★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone was so professional. Dr Joya and his team we’re knowledgeable and experienced. The hospital was so clean! More clean than any hospital in America for sure!! Always someone coming in my room mopping and spraying and wiping.
My only wish was that the staff spoke better English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a gastric balloon- the balloon deflated 2 weeks after insertion so it was useless.
I had to absolutely beg to get this removed with weeks of no response from their coordinator Nathalie.
The price of removal is not included in insertion, which is absurd. I’d save your money and go somewhere else.
Not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had surgery here a few years ago, it was a very nice place. Nice people that were very professional using state of the art technogy in a beautiful building. Everything went perfect. As far as the surgery, I never had any issues, not one. Best decision of my life.
