Al cuestionarla sobre la falta de criterio al no concertar citas previamente para no tener a los pacientes concentrados en la sala de espera me respondió "tenemos nuestra técnica, quién le dijo que tenemos a los pacientes concentrados", ¿pues que no es obvio si dice que te recibe el doctor conforme se va llegando? Mi respuesta fue "pues hubiera sido más específica desde el inicio" a lo que ella respondió "pues yo no soy el doctor, yo no lo voy a atender". ¡PÉSIMO! Ojalá el Doctor lea este comentario y haga algo con esa recepcionista. Yo de pronto, me busco a otro médico.
