Ya que no entendió que la cita que teníamos era por vídeo llamada y no presencial,así que nos pidió elegir otros doctores la cual no fue nuestra culpa si no de el y fue muy descortés con nosotros.
I had a misunderstanding with the doctor
Since he did not understand that the appointment we had was by video call and not in person, so he asked us to choose other doctors which was not our fault if not his and he was very rude to us.
