Nuevamente hoy fue un trato descuidado, las chicas de la recepción esta vez atendiendo rápido, sin embargo el tratamiento fue totalmente diferente ( y es el mismo que tomé la vez pasada), no realizó todos los pasos, y de verdad fue muy doloroso, y para mi este tipo de tratamiento realmente suele ser algo tolerable. Me dejaron maltratada la cara, si se que al manipularse queda roja o altetada, pero no deja líneas donde pasaron el utensilio ni el grado de inflamación que me dejaron. Ya no lo recomiendo. Espero mejoren en ese servicio. Today I had a Hydrafacial treatment, giving it one last chance, because I had already had a bad experience before. Again today it was a careless treatment, the girls at the reception this time attending quickly, however the treatment was totally different (and it is the same that I took last time), it did not perform all the steps, and it was really very painful, and for me, this type of treatment is actually quite tolerable. They left my face mistreated, if I know that when handled it remains red or altered, but it does not leave lines where the utensil passed or the degree of inflammation that they left me. I no longer recommend it. I hope they improve in that service.

TODOS tenían cita. Es una vergüenza que los doctores permitan eso. Llegue con mi hijo de 2 años y la verdad tengo pánico de habernos contagiado de covid por haber estado en un lugar tan encerrado con tanta gente. I am very disappointed, I had an appointment at 6:30 we arrived a little earlier and the surprise is that they do not have any health protocol, in fact they do not even take your temperature there were 10 people in a small room. EVERYONE had an appointment. It's a shame that doctors allow that. I arrived with my 2-year-old son and the truth is I have a panic that we have caught COVID from having been in such a closed place with so many people.
