★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO son profesionales, no quedé satisfecho con la atención, me hicieron esperar demasiado tiempo y tuve que ir 2 veces porque el médico no se encontraba, y finalmente cuando me atendieron note que no se preocupan por las necesidades del paciente si no que se enfocan más en el dinero, sentí que me estafaron y no recibí la atención que merecía con relación a lo que pagué. Porfavor yo creo que pueden echarle un poquito más de ganas en ese aspecto. NO ES RECOMENDABLE IR A ESTE SANATORIO.
They are NOT professionals, I was not satisfied with the care, they made me wait for too long and I had to go 2 times because the doctor was not there, and finally when they took care of me I noticed that they do not care about the patient's needs but focus more In the money, I felt that I was cheated and I did not receive the attention I deserved in relation to what I paid. Please, I think you can put a little more effort into that aspect. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO TO THIS SANITARY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hermano fallecio el 26 de Enero de 2019, gracias a la negligencia de los doctores que fueron 2 diagnósticos equivocados, nada que ver con lo que el tenía. No puedo creer que el Dr. Rafael no falla podido hacer nada, siendo amigo de años y años. Duele muchi pero Dios se encargará de quien sea culpable. Espero que tengan su conciencia muy limpia. Bendiciones para ellos.
My brother died on January 26, 2019, thanks to the negligence of the doctors who were 2 wrong diagnoses, nothing to do with what he had. I can not believe that Dr. Rafael can not do anything, being friends for years and years. It hurts but God will take care of who is guilty. I hope you have your conscience very clean. Blessings for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, las enfermeras siempre están de malas, a demás de ser un sanatorio carisimo tienen muy mala atención, pedimos la cena y nos dijeron que la iban a pasar hasta las 11 de la noche, al llegar las 11 volvimos a preguntar y nos dijeron que la cocina se encontraba cerrada. Tiene la impresión de estar sucio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve la tarde del 22 con un amigo en la habitación 3 la enfermera y enfermero que nos atendio primero fueron un amor tras el cambio de tarde/noche las dos señorita que se quedaron fueron super apaticas primero le dijeron a mi amigo que le iban a llevar la cena y después d una hora tras preguntar nos dicen que la cocina ya estaba cerrada que le podíamos traer cena de la calle.... muy mal servicio de estas señoritas tras decirles que le faltaba que le retiraran las vendas me dicen que yo se las puedo quitar...
Una pena porque tuvimos que enfadarnos para que le dieran una cena que resultaba estaba arriba la bandeja.
No es un sanatorio barato así que no entiendo el por qué el servicio de noche fue nefasto.
Una pena.

A shame because we had to get angry to get a dinner that turned out to be on top of the tray.
It is not a cheap sanatorium so I do not understand why the night service was disastrous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable la atención a asegurados GNP. No están ni enterados que aparecen en la red de está aseguradora. La persona encargada ni está, pero tampoco un doctor de guardia para atender alguna emergencia.
