The office is very clean, the attention is always friendly and timely. Dr. Castillo is extremely professional and dedicated. He gives excellent follow-up to his patients and is willing to make remote or home consultations. He is very helpful and has an excellent disposition. He has become my family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted with Dr. Miranda after an accidental head injury (that included an open wound and blood) while visiting Cozumel from the United States. He was super helpful, doing a checkup and cleaning the injury -- and also educating me on the scalp and injury location via Internet resources.
I don't speak Spanish fluently, but Dr. Miranda's English is quite good! I felt more confident about my head (and about flying the next day) after talking with Dr. Miranda, and he was quite patient in answering various questions! We also followed up via email 2 weeks afterwards to make sure the recovery was going well. Thank you, Dr. Miranda!
I believe Dr. Miranda can also do online consultations, so no need to fly to Cozumel to consult with him!

Not only is he caring doctor but the fees are incredibly reasonable. Unlike the resort we were staying at. He responds quickly by messaging and speaks English. So if you are having some issues and deciding whether to be seen then don't hesitate and just message him.
