★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberian respetar citas agendadas, si no cual es el caso de dar cita? Mi cita era a las 5:15 y la recepcionista paso a personas que tenian cita despues de mi por que segun la señora llegamos “ tarde” cuando llegamos a las 5 con 13 minutos! Muy poco profesional?
 Should they respect scheduled appointments, if not what is the case of making an appointment? My appointment was at 5:15 and the receptionist passed people who had appointments after me because according to the lady we were “late” when we arrived at 5 with 13 minutes! Very unprofessional?
