Llame 3 dias antes y me dieron cita para el dia de hoy a las 11am y hoy mismo la secretaria cambio mi cita avisándome del cambio tan solo media hora antes, la cita la cambió para las 11.30am y enseguida, al llegar al lugar, de nuevo NO respetaron mi turno, dejando pasar a otra persona que llegó después que yo e irrespetuosamente brincandose mi turno.
Le comunique mi inconformidad a la secretaria y sin importarle únicamente me indicó que le comentara al doctor, por lo cual no me pareció un lugar confiable y abandoné el lugar prefiriendo perder la cita a quedarme a perder más mi tiempo con esa clase de atención tan informal, no respetan el tiempo de uno ni los turnos.
 Bad service. I called 3 days before and they gave me an appointment for today at 11am and today the secretary changed my appointment notifying me of the change just half an hour before, the appointment was changed for 11:30am and immediately, upon arrival at the place, again they did NOT respect my turn, letting another person pass who arrived after me and disrespectfully skipping my turn.
I communicated my disagreement to the secretary and without caring, she only told me to tell the doctor, for which it did not seem like a reliable place and I left the place, preferring to miss the appointment to stay to waste more time with that kind of informal attention. They do not respect one's time or turns.
