★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debí haber leído las opiniones de Google primero (esta como: Lozano Peña Cesar Dr) ?? el Dr sabe mucho, pero pues no alcance a tener una buena consulta porque de la hora que estuve ahí, 45 minutos se la paso hablado por teléfono con otra paciente que le marco para una duda y se pusieron a platicar ahí enfrente de mi. Tuve una segunda opinión porque no me sentí 100% confiada y el tratamiento que me había dado resultó muy fuerte para lo que yo tenía, otro endocrinólogo me mandó hacer otros estudios y me dió un mejor tratamiento. El Dr Cesar es muy amable, pero le falta profesionalismo en su consultorio (respetar el tiempo de cada paciente) y actualizarse muchísimo más tanto en tratamientos como en su propio consultorio (no tiene ni computador...)
 I should have read Google's opinions first (it's like: Lozano Peña Cesar Dr) ?? the Dr knows a lot, but I didn't manage to have a good consultation because of the time I was there, 45 minutes I spent talking on the phone with another patient who marked her for a doubt and they began to talk there in front of me. I had a second opinion because I did not feel 100% confident and the treatment he had given me was very strong for what I had, another endocrinologist sent me to do other studies and gave me a better treatment. Dr. Cesar is very kind, but he lacks professionalism in his office (respecting each patient's time) and updating himself much more both in treatments and in his own office (he doesn't even have a computer...)
