Bad service from the girl who answers calls, she didn't even let me speak for what reason I was calling! Ne would have liked to attend an appointment with the orthopedist but I hope they improve that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow horrible I called in today hoping to have dr. Cesar Martinez evaluate my mri report on my ankle which i injured. Currently not insured in the United states was seeking medical tourism as I need surgery, i was willing to pay cash. To have his secretary tell me sorry the doctor won’t go over any report and you have to make a visit in person. I told her I don’t live in Mexico and was hoping for evaluation through email as i have the mri and the report to easily send over. Overall disappointed secretary just wanted to get off the phone. You would think places like these would invite medical tourism as we clearly pay more money and in cash. I guess I’m going to Tijuana instead as they are willing to evaluate my ankle through email as I just got off the phone with a clinic down there.
