Desde el día que me atendí que fue el fue el 22 de Febrero del 2022, solicite la interpretación médica de mis radiografías porque son indispensables para que el seguro me haga la devolución de todo.
Sin embargo nadie me ha atendido, incluso ya ni responden WhatsApp, cuando llamo me dicen lo mismo que se fue el radiólogo que trabaja con ellos y que por esa razón no me pueden dar la interpretación. A mi ya me dio mi seguro el ultimátum que si no entrego ese documento no me van a reembolsar porque ya paso mucho tiempo.
Pésima atención por parte de su equipo de trabajo, nadie me resuelven y solo me dan largas, cuando fue un servicio que ya pague y ustedes tienen que resolver ese tema porque es completamente ajeno a mi, si tienen radiólogo o no porque el servicio yo lo pague.
Aunado a que hacen muchísima publicidad que se adaptan a los seguros de gastos médicos, es una mentira, son tardadisimos para entregar documentaciones y una tiene que estarlos persiguiendo.
