★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a mi mamá la han dejado esperando hasta por 4 horas, ella ya es persona mayor y dejarla esperando tanto eso es hasta peligroso, está peor que el Seguro, ahora no cobran tan barato para tan mal servicio!!!
 Terrible service to my mother they have left her waiting for up to 4 hours, she is already an elderly person and leaving her waiting so much that is even dangerous, it is worse than the Insurance, now they do not charge so cheap for such bad service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Te agendan a una hora y resulta que hasta que llegas y preguntas te dicen que el Dr. anda fuera de la ciudad y que hay que esperarlo. Además, no respetan el tiempo de la cita porque no te comentan nada de esa situación hasta que les preguntas. Perdí 45 min a lo tonto por el poco profesionalismo de este médico que claramente no le da importancia a sus pacientes.
Terrible service. They schedule you for an hour and it turns out that until you arrive and ask questions they tell you that Dr. is out of town and that you have to wait for him. Also, they don't respect the appointment time because they don't tell you anything about that situation until you ask them. I lost 45 min foolishly because of the little professionalism of this doctor that clearly does not give importance to his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO Servicio: la cita era a las 4:30pm y estuvimos esperando 2 horas para nuestro turno... eran las 6:30pm y NADA... Lo que nos molestó demasiado fue que tras la espera de 2 horas llegaron unas personas y los pasaron en 15 min. Que poco nivel profesional por parte del personal. SEGUN ES PARTICULAR... PEOR QUE EL SEGURO.
Terrible service: the appointment was at 4:30 pm and we were waiting 2 hours for our shift ... it was 6:30 pm and NOTHING ... What bothered us too much was that after waiting for 2 hours some people arrived and the passed in 15 min. That little professional level on the part of the staff. ACCORDING TO PARTICULAR ... No respetan el horario de la cita, tenía una a las a las 3:00, era las 4:30 y aún no me pasaban porque el doctor llega tarde al consultorio (eso fue lo que dijo la recepcionista). Tenía que llevar estudios a la consulta y jamás me lo mencionaron. Tuve que cambiar de doctor porque fueron muchas veces las que no respetaron el horario de la cita y me resgendaban para otro día y al siguiente día era lo mismo.
Very bad experience. They do not respect the appointment time, I had one at 3:00, it was 4:30 and they still did not pass me because the doctor is late for the office (that's what the receptionist said). I had to take studies to the consultation and they never mentioned it to me. I had to change doctors because many times they did not respect the appointment time and they rescheduled me for another day and the next day it was the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la recepción se la pasa haciendo video llamadas, atiende mal a los pacientes, el doctor se tarda horas en atender ojalá y puedan mejorar el servicio y mostrarle algo de valores y profesionalismo a la recepcionista.
Terrible service at the reception, he spends his time making video calls, he takes care of patients badly, the doctor takes hours to attend hopefully and they can improve the service and show some values and professionalism to the receptionist.
