The medical attention is good and the treatment of the medical staff is friendly. However, I cannot say the same in general about the emergency services in Guadalajara and specifically about the administrative personnel that they have working in the cash register of this unit. From there, Dr. Jesús Delgadillo Araujo sent me to this unit to take X-rays because in the previous one they did not have the equipment for that. And there I am, hurt hanging around the city. In addition, in the Dr. Fco. Ruíz Sanchez unit they were worth a peanut that the Dr. Jesús Delgadillo unit is for Covid attention. When I finally got care, I went to pay for my X-rays at the cashier. I only had a $ 500 bill because it was all I had in cash when I stopped by my house before I went to report the assault. Despite the fact that at that time I had a concussion, I felt sore all over my body from the blows and I looked generally in a very bad condition, the person who was attending the box was very rude. He made fun of my name and when I gave him the $ 500 bill he told me that he had no change. It took like 15 minutes and he came back to tell me that the OXXO was closed. I told him that the X-rays were urgent. So, according to him, he wrote down my cell phone number and my name. I promised myself that if I came back the next day they would have my change. The X-rays were taken, I had to go back to the Dr. Fco. Ruiz Sánchez Unit so that they could give me the medical report and present my complaint at the MP attached to the facilities. In the end I finished everything around 3:00 am, while the people who attacked me continued to drink as if nothing had happened. The next day I returned around noon to the Dr. Delgadillo Araujo Unit to pick up my change. The person at the cashier told me that he had no information or any note about a change left for him from the previous shift. And he told me that the person who attended me only goes on Sundays from 8 pm to 8 am on Monday. I am not going to be wasting gas to go around a place where I can get infected with covid so that they return $ 170 to me; it would end up being more expensive. I hope that Mr. Arellano, who stole my change, will take advantage of that money and his conscience does not bother him for having stolen from a wounded person and at a vulnerable moment. Hopefully the town hall, the green cross or whoever is the government entity that has hired that man improves his salary or offers him a full schedule, so that he no longer has to steal the change of the injured. The service is terrible, do not waste your time with poorly trained doctors, they do not give a precise solution to patients, despots and lazy, disgusting and I give them a star just to give my opinion because in reality they do not deserve even half of one.
