No tuve el gusto de conocer al doctor porque lamentablemente su secretaria es una irresponsable e ineficiente. Hice mi cita con 10 días de anticipación y cuando llegue me dijeron que no me tenían registrada y además tenían a otra persona con mi fecha y horario (había escuchado de sus citas dobles pero jamás me imagine que harían tal grosería) cuando les comente lo sucedido la secretaria solo se limito a decirme que mi cita era en otra fecha, cosa que es mentira porque hasta llamaron para confirmar, pedí permiso en el trabajo y al final solo perdí mi día porque me tuve que regresar ya que no solucionaron nada. No es posible que brinden este tipo de atención a sus pacientes.
Unpleasant experience!
I did not have the pleasure of meeting the doctor because unfortunately his secretary is irresponsible and inefficient. I made my appointment 10 days in advance and when I arrived they told me that they did not have me registered and they also had another person with my date and time (I had heard of their double appointments but I never imagined that they would do such a rude thing) when I told them what happened The secretary just told me that my appointment was on another date, which is a lie because they even called to confirm, I asked for permission at work and in the end I just lost my day because I had to go back since they didn't solve anything. They cannot possibly provide this kind of care to their patients.

Hacen citas dobles, por lo cual el tiempo de estancia es de 3 horas.
La actitud del doctor al cuestionarlo por el excesivo tiempo de espera, es nefasto.
Mi cita era a las 11:00 a.m, sin embargo eran las 2:00 pm de la tarde y no me pasaban a consulta.
El doctor decidió pasar a otra paciente que llegó después de mi, y de otro paciente.
Muy mala actitud del doctor.

They make double appointments, so the length of stay is 3 hours.
