El único punto negativo es que recomiende a su colega gastropediatra Daniel Montaño. Una persona de lo más grosera y prepotente.

En esta pandemia ha sido de lo mejor para el seguimiento tanto en línea como presencial. Si hubiera más estrellas le daba más estrellas, gracias doctor.
For more than 4 years, Dr. Castelán has been a pediatrician and allergist to my two children, always showing the greatest respect and professionalism, but above all a great deal of knowledge in his specialty. In this pandemic it has been the best for monitoring both online and in person. If there were more stars I would give it more stars, thank you doctor.
