★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la valoración para operación, el doctor se mostraba con prisa de despacharme. Tal vez porque la valoración era gratuita. Sin embargo, al salir de la cita su secretaria insistió en cobrarme y para no pelear le pagué lo de la valoración gratis.
Al hacerle la observación al doctor por whatsapp, me dejó en visto y mandó a su secretaria para que se comunicara conmigo para decirme que las operaciones se habían suspendido siendo que ya habíamos acordado unos estudios que me hice para la operación.
Muy poco profesional el doctor y con una actitud de adolescente que es lo más lamentable.
Sugiero busquen otras opciones.
At the evaluation for the operation, the doctor was in a hurry to dismiss me. Perhaps because the valuation was free. However, when he left the appointment, his secretary insisted on charging me, and in order not to fight, I paid him for the free valuation.
When I made the observation to the doctor by WhatsApp, he let me in and sent his secretary to contact me to tell me that the operations had been suspended since we had already agreed on some studies that I had for the operation.
The doctor is very unprofessional and with an adolescent attitude that is the most unfortunate.
I suggest looking for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUY MAL SERVICIO. Para empezar hacen cita a cierta hora y tardan más de 1 hora y media en pasarte. Además, hicimos valoración para una operación URGENTE, hicimos exámenes de todo y de buenas a primeras nos dicen que "siempre no se va a poder". Y lo peor de todo es que todavía que cobran la consulta y costos de operación, te cobran el 4% del uso de la terminal!! Se me hizo muy poco profesional. Definitivamente mejor vayan a Cuernavaca si tienen oportunidad.
VERY BAD SERVICE. To begin with, they make an appointment at a certain time and they take more than 1 hour and a half to get to you. In addition, we made an assessment for an URGENT operation, we tested everything and all of a sudden they told us that "it will not always be possible". And the worst of all is that they still charge the consultation and operating costs, they charge you 4% of the use of the terminal! It was very unprofessional for me. Definitely better go to Cuernavaca if you have a chance.
