Nunca se hizo eso y por ende en el periodo de un año fueron mínimos los movimientos, además de cómo a cada rato se me caía el tubo del último molar pese a comer cosas sencillas como una tortilla.
 It was not very effective in my case. I know you have extensive experience but it was necessary for me to remove wisdom teeth, premolars and also place some stops for my type of bite. This was never done and therefore in the period of a year the movements were minimal, in addition to how the tube of the last molar fell from time to time despite eating simple things like an omelette.
