Cuando se trató de agendar fecha para mi rinoplastía y dar el pago, las enfermeras muy amables y atentas (me mandaban mensajes por WhatsApp y hasta me marcaban por teléfono para confirmar los pagos), pero cuando se trató de pedir mi reembolso ni siquier respondían mis mensajes ni mis llamadas. TARDARON 6 MESES y pico en devolverme mi dinero, y lo devolvieron solamente porque fui personalmente a pedirlo amenazado con demandarlos. Para colmo, dijeron que el dinero que me daban lo sacó el Cirujano de "su bolsillo", como si 6 meses no hubiese sido tiempo suficiente para que su Notaría hiciera los trámites de documentación y me regresara mi reembolso $$.... El reembolso lo solicité pues cancelé la cirugía a tiempo, ya que un conocido se había operado ahí y no le gustó

When it came to scheduling a date for my rhinoplasty and giving the payment, the nurses were very kind and attentive (they sent me messages on WhatsApp and even called me by phone to confirm the payments), but when it came to requesting my refund, they didn't even respond to my messages or my calls. IT TAKEN 6 MONTHS or so to return my money, and they returned it only because I personally went to ask for it, threatened to sue them. To make matters worse, they said that the money they gave me was taken by the Surgeon from "his pocket", as if 6 months had not been enough time for his Notary to do the documentation procedures and return my refund $$ ... I requested a refund because I canceled the surgery on time, since an acquaintance had operated there and he did not like it

Solo pongo 4 estrellas porque no me gustó el trato de la enfermera que se quedó conmigo, pero todas las demás son super lindas. Saludos!!

El doctor y su ayudante siempre fueron muy atentos y muy amables al igual que las enfermeras, desde el principio la atención fue especializada y el doctor respetó por completo mis deseos. Quedé más que satisfecha con los resultados. La atención postoperatoria también fue muy buena, te hacen sentir muy bien atendida y te dan todo lo que necesitas para recuperarte además de siempre estar disponibles para cualquier duda que me surgía. Lo recomiendo mucho.
I had a rhinoplasty during the pandemic and was in awe of the results and the service. The doctor and his assistant were always very attentive and very kind as well as the nurses, from the beginning the care was specialized and the doctor fully respected my wishes. I was more than satisfied with the results. The postoperative care was also very good, they make you feel very well cared for and give you everything you need to recover as well as always being available for any questions that arose.
