Fue atento y me explicó muy bien (con términos médicos y accesibles para mí) en qué consistía los procesos realizados.
Asimismo, posterior a la operación estuvo atento a mi recuperación de forma muy profesional y amable. Incluso respondió mensajes y llamadas a destiempos de su trabajo, para atender un malestar.
Brindó diversas opciones de medicamentos y tratamiento, consciente de la economía de las familias. Lo recomiendo con toda seguridad.
Dr. Heming was characterized by his professionalism, excellent treatment and humanism, before, during and after my gallbladder operation.
He was attentive and explained to me very well (in medical terms and accessible to me) what was involved in the processes.
Also, after the operation, he was attentive to my recovery in a very professional and friendly way. He even answered messages and calls at the end of his work, to deal with a discomfort.
He provided various medication and treatment options, aware of the families' finances. I recommend it for sure.

Fue muy explícito desde el primer contacto, me proporcionó la información que yo necesitaba para elegir entre las múltiples opciones de especialistas que me encontré en redes sociales. Las citas y el seguimiento antes y después de la cirugía me mantuvieron informada acerca de todos las recomendaciones a seguir, y siempre fue muy atento en responder todas mis inquietudes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente ya que, no sólo fue profesional como se espera que un médico lo sea, si no que fue también muy amable en el trato.
I was very calm and happy to have chosen Dr. Hans as my surgeon. He was very explicit from the first contact, he provided me with the information I needed to choose from the multiple options of specialists that I came across on social media. The appointments and the follow-up before and after the surgery kept me informed about all the recommendations to follow, and he was always very attentive in answering all my concerns. I highly recommend him since, not only was he professional as a doctor is expected to be, but he was also very friendly in his treatment.
