Dr Héctor Garza - 88000 Nuevo Laredo

After years of not going to the dentist I decided to go with Dr. Garza for his high recommendations on here and he did not disappoint. Made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions and in one visit fixed me up! Talks Spanish and English without a problem and plays your favorite music. Definitely a great doctor and great experience for how nervous/scared I was to go.

He did my braces. Came all the way from Houston tx to have the best dentist I know fix me up! He does amazing work!

Dr Garza scammed me. When I first contacted him, he was attentive and communication was great. He then shifted his attention to money completely. He wanted to be paid in cash and bank transfers. I paid him over $10,000 and now he wont complete the work and caused damage to my gums by doing the implant wrong. Do not use him and tell others do not use him. He hasnt responded to my requests for a refund either.

I had a great experience at Dr. Garza office. It was incredibly easy to setup my appointment and the times are very accommodating. He walked me through all the steps of the examination and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Garza is amazing! He completely saved me from going down the unnecessary road of getting a root canal and crown. He was very honest and courteous. Excellent service, everything is very clean and all the staff is very professional. Thank you for the great work ?? I highly recommend this doctor. I have been getting braces from Dr Hector and everything is great. The best thing is I barely feel any pain whenever i come to see him, very professional and kind…. Highly recommended!

Went to see Dr. Garza after having a rear molar crack and causing serious pain. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, staff spoke English and appointment was set up as soon as I would like. Dr. Garza was very professional, Discussed my issue, explained my options and Proceeded do a thorough teeth cleaning, extraction and placement of implant as I had decided. Procedures while invasive and uncomfortable were pain free and went well. Dr. Garza checked up with me several times to make sure I was doing well. I followed up By stopping by his office a few days later and He looked at extraction site and confirmed Everything was well. I was last patient of day And he offered me ride to border crossing. Overall, extremely pleased with Dr. Garza and Work provided, would highly recommend. And although I could have work completed In Puerto Vallarta (where I now live) I intend To return to see Dr. Garza.

We've been coming to him since 2019. In the beginning it was hard to trust since it was one like my 2nd time visiting a foreign dentist. As the years pass by, Dr. Garza has gave out quality work (back to back) with a genuine and (sometimes humorous) character. Trustworthy man if you give him a chance. We kept coming back for his exceptional job and unbeatable prices!! Give him a shot. We drive from Houston to save enormous amount of money in dental work. Also, Nuevo Laredo has been a beautiful city to visit. I love their stores, their tacos, their prices and Dr Hector Garza. I'm always looking forward to go back to Mexico!

Dr. Hector, I came to see you in early May so that you could improve my mouth.  Instead, you've made it worse. Plan A was to place the implant and tooth and use the splint.  When we started Plan A, we believed we had enough bone to do this and that failure was a very low possibility.  However, when you professionally determined that there wasn't enough bone to do plan A YOU deviated to Plan B on your own.  You never consulted me even though I was awake and available.  You chose to place the implant at an angle, and you chose to try to make it work.  Only AFTER  the procedure did you tell me about little bone and change to plan B.  In hindsight, you should have opened it up and said "there just isn't enough bone to do Plan A....here are some options...what would you like to do?" Not only did the splint detach from the implant, but the implant failed and became infected.  The wrong sutures were used even though you told me otherwise, and they became infected, too.  Furthermore, your actions removed the bone between the two teeth on either side, and both teeth are compromised.  Both will have to be removed. Last week the splint was removed after it detached from two more teeth. The molar that you crowned became infected after you worked on it, and I had a root canal yesterday. As you can see, you've made my mouth worse and not better.  I'm spending $$ to fix mistakes you made as well address the original problems. I think you're the kind of doctor/person who wants to make things right.   Please send me a full refund so I can get my mouth fixed.  Also, please include additional $$ so I can repair the damages you caused.
