Just needed to have a poky braces wire trimmed and was charged 500 pesos for 10 seconds of work. He was also kind of rough with the dental tools. Was glad that I wasn't getting any other dental work done there. Wouldn't recommend.

Ive seen him once out of 3 times. He so far charged me 600 usd per crown. Said i needed 7 total for 2 bridges. Was eilling to do the work quickly to fit my schedule. Worst psrt. No x rays taken and she discovered a big cavity in one of the outside teeth so i need a root canal.along with the$4200.00 for 2 bridges. Only 600.00 less than a US price!!

I went to have 1 teeth reglued to my inner retainer. He charged me 2000 pesos for 10 min work! And he was rough. The same same job few months before at Dental Solution was 800 pesos. Later I had the entire retainer replaced (6 teeth glued) at a different place for only 2500 pesos. I was grossly overcharged being extranjero.

Dr Ignacio Gómez Gutierrez is a perfect dentist! He patiently worked with me to figure out the best treatment considering my issues AND my budget. I have had both extraction and crown work by Dr. Gómez. I trust him implicitly…he listens, provides options and his work is impeccable!

I can't recommend Dr. Gutierrez highly enough. Between myself and my girlfriend, our treatments were 8 extractions, 9 crowns, 11 fillings and a bottom partial plate. We were seen each day, even on non-treatment days, just so he could check our progress (included in the quoted cost). Dr. Gutierrez strives for perfection in his work and the work is not finished until he is satisfied that it is the best job possible. I've been to many dentists including having 4 implants and bone rebuilt and would honestly classify this professional as the best I've ever seen. My only criticism would be that he could be a little gentler but once mentioned, he would immediately remedy the situation.

Went in for a cleaning, ran about $50. I was able to get a second opinion here on a *terrible* crown my dentist in the states did. I gotta say, the endontist I saw did a great job cleaning and regarding the bad crown, she advised me to see my dentist here in the US to have it fixed and advised that either way to see a different dentist since the work was so grossly substandard. I gotta say, she didn't try to pitch any other services or procedures - just stressed to have my existing dentist fix his mistake. Seemed pretty ethical to me.

I initially met with The Dentist 7!days ago for two crowns. I had spent many hours researching what dentists could do a crown on a few days. He promised me it would be 3-4 days. I personally stopped by to confirm my appointment for this evening, only for him to say it can’t be done, and I should come back in about a month. I told him several times I had to have them done by the time we left. —11 days. Today he told me in need to come back in a few weeks. Initially I told him that was not possible, but he said it again. We now have to try and find a dentist that does Cerec crowns and have an appointment in the next 2 days- probably not going to happen. At least be honest on initial visit and I would have found another dentist. Very unhappy and disappointed. Go somewhere else if you have time constraints. I decided to have them down here because it would have been more cost effective, now it is goi g to cost significantly more than my dentist in the states. Giving 2 two stars because he was able to extract one crown/ tooth that was infected on the first day. Should have called or messaged prior to my appt today that he could not do it. 14th vacation here, trying to find a dentist that can do a Cerec in two days - not going my to happen! Very dissatisfied, and I really never give a bad review.

I have utilized Dr. Gomez for a number of years initially for some extensive dental work. I am entirely pleased with the professionalism, treatment and the price and quality of his work. I choose to have all my dental work done at his office and have referred a number of friends who are now also his patients.
