★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 9 años me hice una prótesis ahí todo bien en ese tiempo. Hace un año fui a hacerme una incrustación (porq para todo es incrustacion) y yo sentí que desde ahí se me desajusto la protesis pero obvio me dijeron que no y pues que la tenían que hacer de nuevo , y pues confiando que iban hacer un buen trabajó como el anterior me la hice ahorita estoy esperando porq no cumplió mis espectativas la que hicieron nva.
y tuvieron que hacer nuevamente aunque se molestaron incluso el mecánico dental súper déspota y también ya me di cuenta que creo que trabajan a destajo porq incluso atienden a 2 pacientes a la vez osea ahí te dejan en lo que atienden a l otro y luego regresan
contigo, pesimo!!! espero que ya todo salga bien y nunca me vuelvo a parar ahí. No lo recomiendo ah y no respetan las citas solo cuando ers nuevo obviamente.

I did it right now. I'm waiting because my expectations were not fulfilled.
and they had to do it again even though the super despotic dental mechanic got annoyed and I also realized that I think they work piece by piece because they even take care of 2 patients at the same time so they leave you in what they take care of the other and then come back
with you, pity !!! I hope everything goes well and I never stop there again. I do not recommend ah and do not respect appointments only when you are obviously new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No he acudido a esa clínica, por curiosidad y prevención leí primero las opiniones, y por lo que veo tienen pésima atención en sus trabajos. Jamás acudiría a poner en riesgo mi salud dental.
I have not gone to that clinic, out of curiosity and prevention I read the opinions first, and from what I see they have terrible attention in their work. I would never go to put my dental health at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Dra. Mondragón siempre un buen trabajo y estético, pero las recepcionistas...pésimo servicio, aún con cita pasan primero a los d 1a vez y uno cmo ya es paciente, pues a esperarse! Malísima administración, como se nota la ausencia del Dr. Jairo y del prestigio q él logró como clínica!
Dr. Mondragón always does a good job and aesthetics, but the receptionists ... terrible service, even by appointment they go first to the 1st time and one how is already patient, well wait! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los tres días que asistí no vi que aplicarán protocolos preventivos de covid. Para hacer hacer una inclustacion te hacen ir tres veces. Te dejan mal la inclustacion que no pasa el hilo dental. Te ponen un desinfectante que te quema la garganta sin las debidas precauciones del dentista. Los dentistas llegan tarde. No cuentan con estacionamiento. Te dan cita cuando ellos quieren no cuando lo necesitas. Hace.muchos años hacían buen trabajo pero eso quedo en el pasado.
The three days I attended I did not see that they will apply preventive protocols for covid. To make an inclusion they make you go three times. They leave you badly inclusive of the dental floss. They put a disinfectant that burns your throat without the proper dentist precautions. Dentists are late. They do not have parking. They give you an appointment when they want, not when you need it. Many years ago they did good work, but that is now in the past.

Jamás lo recomendaría me quedo mal mi ortodoncia, tienen muy mala organización siempre cambian de doctoras y sobre todo te hacen esperar hasta 3 horas no son puntuales. Siempre que tenía mi cita escuchaba reclamos de la gente, todos se quejaban, no todas tienen la experiencia y lo que cobran la verdad no vale la pena, muy mala experiencia, cambie de Dr y me dijeron que todo estaba mal hecho. No vayan!!!
I never liked that office. I would never recommend it, my orthodontics is bad, they have very bad organization, they always change doctors and above all they make you wait up to 3 hours, they are not punctual. Whenever I had my appointment I listened to people's complaints, they all complained, not all have the experience and what they charge is not really worth it, very bad experience, I changed Dr. and they told me that everything was done wrong. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a que me revisaran para hacerme una endodoncia y mientras me atendía la doctora, atendió a otra persona que iba llegando, además de que cuando estábamos en el procedimiento le pedí a la doctora que me aplicará más anestesia porque tengo las encias sensibles a lo que hizo caso omiso. Tampoco siguen un protocolo por covid y las instalaciones dejan mucho que pensar con la higiene del lugar.
