Quiero agradecer al Doctor Jesús Arjona, por su gran experiencia en su profesión, ya que tuvimos la oportunidad y la suerte de que con el operarán a mi mamá de la Rodilla, le puso una prótesis de rodilla, ya que era una operación muy difícil y delicada, la verdad fue un éxito la operación, mi madre quedó bien de la rodilla , gracias por todo, por su experiencia y amabilidad.

Excelente atención de parte del Dr. Arjona. Cuando me rompí el calcáneo me preocupaba tener problemas permanentes para caminar, pero hoy, a 16 meses de mi lesión, puedo realizar mis actividades con normalidad. Todo esto gracias a la atención y recomendaciones del Dr. Arjona, a quien le estoy completamente agradecido. Lo recomiendo con total confianza

Doctor Arjona is a wonderful physician. He is a good surgeon. And he has an excellent bedside manner. I first saw Dr. Arjona to discuss the ongoing pain I had in my foot, when I walked. He provided me with a surgical plan. Before we were able to have surgery, I was in a automobile accident. The only injury I sustained was a fracture to that same foot. Dr. Arjona prepared a new surgical plan. The surgery, along with prescribed physical therapy, has allowed me to walk better. I highly recommend Dr. Arjona. I am an English speaker and he was able to explain everything perfectly. Antes de que pudiéramos operarnos, tuve un accidente automovilístico. La única herida que sufrí fue una fractura en ese mismo pie. El Dr. Arjona preparó un nuevo plan quirúrgico. Excelente atención del Dr. Arjona....resolvió mi lesión sin operación y estoy ya totalmente recuperado. Igualmente el Dr Arjona nos ha apoyado atendiendo a varios peloteros juveniles de nuestra Organización Panteras de Cancún /Torneos de béisbol Nacionales e Internacionales siendo nuestro Jefe de los Servicios Médicos y atendiendo lesiones en peloteros, resolviendo y dándole solución pronta y positiva para permitirles continuar practicando el deporte a Alto Nivel. Muy agradecidos siempre ....altamente recomendable.....!!!!

Even though I was being told I would receive an invoice for the consultation, the doctor never sent me anything despite asking for it again and again by message. And as I was asked to pay in cash, i have no proof of payment. Then, do not expect to be refunded by your insurance back in your country.

Excellent experience. Dr. Arjona went far beyond the initial prognosis to repair a much more complicated surgery than planned. As I was waiting for the elevator, a former patient saw me and said he’s great and I would have to agree 110%

I - as a German coming from a very good health system - my demands on health and especially my concerns about surgery abroad have been very high. With a fracture in 2 fingers, one of which had to be fixed by splint, I was faced with the decision of where to have the surgery. Since the cost was covered by my insurance, my motivation was not the cheaper price in Mexico. I was previously x-rayed in Texas Austin in the Emergency Room and was thus allowed to directly experience the American health care system. In America they could not give me an operation date within a week, so I had to look for alternatives and luckily I met Dr Raul in Cancun. I am very happy with this decision. The competence and advice were outstanding from the beginning. As a non-medical doctor, I sent all his recommendation and even picture and video of my surgery to surgeon friends from Germany. All of them assured me that I would not have received a better surgery even in Germany. The service is also absolutely overwhelming. I have never experienced a Dr. who responds within minutes to messages or pictures with questions via WhatsApp. All materials (splint for the fracture from Stryker) are first-class brand products, which according to international standards also allow a follow-up treatment in Germany without any problems. Also the billing was absolutely smooth and included all important details for my German insurance. Compared to America, better in every respect and absolutely recommendable.
