★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Aleman is a real professional with a very personal touch. No question is too much, he answers to all of them with patience and kindness. What I personally appreciate is that he explains every step and is very transparent. He gives me the impression he is not trying to "sell" you a certain product but rather gives you various options in the patients interest. If you are not fluent in Spanish no worries his english is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Gyno!! I’ve seen about 10-15 different Gyno’s in the states and I am now living in Mexico. This was my favorite experience. Dr. Avilés was soooooo gentle, caring and thoughtful. I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of. He showed me everything he was doing step by step which was amazing. I am so grateful and happy I have found a new trusted Gyno ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I am not good with Doctors, and it takes me a while to make appointments. A friend recommended Dr.Aleman and I could not have been happier with his care. He is super patient, kind and walked me through every single step of the appointment. Please don't hesitate to make an appointment with him, you will be glad you did. I'll be back next year for his excellent care. You can't find quality and affordability like his in the United States. Gracias!

He is professional, thorough, affordable, caring, and a great option for expats in Tulum as he is fluent in English. I would highly recommend for all women in the area to ensure their reproductive health is being monitored properly.
