Recomiendo al Dr. Baltazar un médico que me ha atendido desde mi nacimiento por un hemagioma linfático en el ojo derecho, durante mis 25 años de mi vida y más de 25 operaciones realizadas por el y su equipo tanto para corregir el tumor así como las reconstructivas, siempre lo ha hecho con un gran profesionalismo y amabilidad, salvaguardando mi integridad y respeto a mi persona. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

He completely botched my client! His work worse than a students work leaving school . Don't trust him ! His surgery center looks like a garage and the equipment is old very old .

I went to Mexico for a tummy tuck and liposuction after a lot of hard work to lose about 200lbs. I booked through top plastic surgeons Mexico and couldn’t find any reviews online to save my life and honestly couldn’t tell if the trip was real because everyone I know kept saying that there’s no way and yada yada. But I went through with it after all and flew down with reserved skepticism. After getting there I finally found out who my surgeon would be, which was Dr. Bernardo Baltazar, I can say that the reviews I found across the web i now believe must be from competitors because not only did my surgery go great and I was kept in the hospital for the first 30 hours for observation and help before going back to the hotel, but I was in fact seen by a doctor every day. His drivers and assistants were also super helpful and nice! They even picked up my meds and a couple things of water and fruit for me and I just gave them cash! Everyone was only a text message away and I’m a little over a month out from the surgery and it’s healing amazingly my doctors are also impressed with the healing (plus I got to say ‘I told you so’ which is always fun). I would recommend Dr Baltazar to my family and friends if they were in the market. Again super nice, bilingual (I don’t speak any Spanish), and they do amazing work! Overall it was an amazing experience! Ill add photos when I take the compression garment off I have 3 weeks left!

If you want surgery, I definitely recommend NOT to go to him! Worst experience of my life. Not only is he and his team extremely unorganized, but they are all thieves. They stole 500$ From my room, while I was in surgery. I asked them I wanted to see the camera, they made up every excuse To not show me the camera, and at the end he said the cameras didn’t work that day. i said unorganized because i was scheduled for surgery at 10am, but he changed it until 3pm. I was supposed to go back to my hotel at 10am the next day, but they changed it until 2pm, then 430 pm, then 8pm, until I finally got to back to my hotel at 11pm. The hotel is far away from the hospital, the hospital staff is careless, my iv wasn’t working all day until a nurse came and saw that it wasn’t working. Pamela is EXTREMELY RUDE and is NO HELP AT ALL. I was supposed to get blood work before surgery, and she FORGOT. I KEPT TELLING THE NURSES I needed my blood work done, and they kept ignoring me. I was literally about to get surgery and told Pamela I needed my blood work and all she said was she forgot! The hotel SUCKS, it’s located in a VERY DANGEROUS area, you can’t even go outside and walk. Someone actually got killed by THE POLICE right around the corner while I was there. The hospital is about an hour away from the airport, it’s just so many negative things to say. Save your money, go to another surgeon! DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN AT ALL. HIM AND HIS TEAM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS, THEY ONLY WORRY ABOUT MONEY.

Dr. Bernardo and his team took care of me from the beginning to end. Always made sure I was comfortable and feeling good after. I can’t thank him enough! Thank you!

Dr. Baltazar is a phenomenal plastic surgeon. On a rating 1 to 5, he is a five star plus. Dr. Baltazar and his entire crew are very caring, kind and patient. I am not a easy patient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
