The best. I had rhinoplasty done last year and this week actually completes the year. People tell me that they can not tell that I had anything done until they see previous pictures of me. Dr. Paz and his staff are so amazing and I am actually looking into getting more done by him.

This is my dilemma and what I learned in my journey with having the procedure done (1st Week ): After Rhinoplasty: You can resume normal daily activities, although heavy lifting and strenuous activity should still be avoided. Any splints or stitches are typically removed by the end of the week. Pain, bruising, and swelling diminish greatly, however it still will be hard to see the final results of your procedure. (2 )Weeks : After Rhinoplasty: Bruising and swelling is significantly reduced to the point where it’s not noticeable to the casual observer. You will feel comfortable enough to return to work by the middle of the second week. Mild exercise may be resumed. (3 Weeks) After Rhinoplasty: By now the swelling has settled enough so that you are happy with what they see and are confident in all of your social interactions. However, nasal obstruction may still be present, although far better than during the first week. (1 Month) After Rhinoplasty: You are cleared to resume normal (moderate) exercise and physical activity. Swelling is improved over the bridge, but the tip of your nose is still swollen and poorly defined. (3 Months )After Rhinoplasty: 80% of the swelling is gone but the tip of your nose will continue to feel numb and very stiff. (1 Year) After Rhinoplasty: Most of the nasal swelling is gone. The tip appears better refined. However, the final result may take up to 2 or 3 years, depending upon the thickness of your skin and how much surgery was done. This is particularly true in revision rhinoplasty patients. I know a woman who got it 6 times with a doctor here in Houston and she paid over 13,000 in horrible results so to me it varies there is risk associated with it and you should take into consideration that not all will be perfect...there is no such thing as a perfect nose. I'm a real patient and believe in complete honesty and appreciate a great surgeon so I took my time to write this honest review .

I been to a consulting here in 2016 for allergies issues they were amazing staff Doctor asks great questions professional caring and explains all in detail my friend got her surgery and feels great. It's been 2 in half weeks and I'm so happy that I can finally breath. .Want an Expert this is the doctor to go to.

This Doctor is a master in Rhinoplasty I seen his work very natural results. He explains all in detail and has very friendly staff amazing care. Did my research and he is truly a wonderful experienced facial surgeon. He will tell you in full detail about his work. My friend got her eyelids done and neck lipo and wow loved her results took 10 years off her age. The 1 star comments or negative comments below mine I believe are fake and nonsense. I'm a true customer and I absolutely recommend this doctor Have questions get to me and I have proof of my amazing procedure results. This doctor is truly a professional couldn't of asked for the best treatment. I will be doing my other procedures with him . Thank you Doctor for the work you do your results have truly changed my life I hated my facial features you truly make a difference in people's lifes.

WARNING!!!! He is not gentle doing "his job" WARNING DO NOT GO!!!!he is a butcher!!! Perfect place to get a BOTCHED surgery and regret it the rest of your life.

Dr. Paz is an amazing surgeon! He is very professional and courteous and answered all my questions and doubts. His staff is wonderful and I love the fact that I was able to communicate with them whenever I had questions after my surgery. Dr. Paz was very thorough during the initial consultation and explained everything that would follow after the surgery and in the end this was when I knew I wanted him to be my surgeon. I had previously consulted with other surgeons but none were as detailed as he was. I loved that I was able to have the surgery at his clinic, which was very clean and comfortable.

He is the best plastic surgeon for rhinoplasty in Nuevo Laredo. My nose job looks amazing. Highly recommended.

Genius doctor! I had a rhinoplasty around 10 years ago. It was the best decision I made. I was so scared because a bad nose job could change your entire face. But no - it was a masterpiece!! I want to go back to do my chin soon. Gracias Dr. Paz!!
