Ya habíamos agendado una media hora antes a las 7:15 y el doctor no nos atendió, si no nos iba a atender hubiera sido más fácil que nos dijeran que no, y no habernos dado la vuelta. Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente.
The schedule is not respected, if they are not going to attend at those times it is better to remove it.
We had already scheduled a half hour before at 7:15 and the doctor did not attend to us, if he was not going to attend to us it would have been easier for them to say no, and not have turned around. Terrible service and customer care.
