Como íbamos por una segunda opinión, le pedí de favor que revisara a mi hijo del pecho porque anteriormente me habían dicho que le escuchaban un ruidito, a lo que contestó que no, que otro día porque él ya estaba muy cansado, cosa que me desconcertó demasiado, no se si fué porque nos tocó la última cita del día o lo agarramos en un mal momento, pero creo que como pacientes nos merecemos un respeto, a pesar de que al parecer fue acertado en su diagnóstico, nos hubiera gustado un mejor trato. Paso una semana y nunca pudieron contestar un whatsapp, nunca se dio seguimiento a las vacunas dr mi niña, llame varias veces y cada vez tenía que explicar la razón de mi llamada, y solo me decían que si a todo. Pensé que era una oficina seria, pero que decepción y falta de profesionalismo. Piénsalo dos veces si vienes como paciente nuevo con este doctor.
