Teníamos una cita agenda, se comunicaron a mi domicilio para confirmar la asistencia con el Dr. Miguel Arnulfo Perfecto, la cita era 2:30 pm. Nos dieron las 6:00 pm de la tarde esperando al Dr y jamás llegó. Solo se comunicó para decir que no iba a llegar. Viajamos 4 hrs de caminó, el bebé super molestó por las horas de caminó y le valió. No hay ningún módulo de primera instancia dentro del hospital para poner alguna queja. Hay mejores hospitales y mejores atenciones. Se supone que decidimos pagar por un mejor servicio a diferencia de nuestro Seguro y salió super peor.
Terrible attention in Neurology.
We had an appointment scheduled, they contacted my address to confirm attendance with Dr. Miguel Arnulfo Perfecto, the appointment was 2:30 pm. We got 6:00 pm in the afternoon waiting for the Dr and he never came. He only communicated to say that he was not going to arrive. We traveled 4 hours of walking, the baby was super annoyed by the hours of walking and it was worth it. There is no first instance module within the hospital to make a complaint. There are better hospitals and better care. We are supposed to decide to pay for a better service as opposed to our Insurance and it came out super worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención médica que brindó a mis pacientes se caracteriza por ser principalmente humanística y científica. Enfocando la atención a la resolución de los problemas médicos, sin poner límites en durante la consulta, sin embargo debo enfatizar que desafortunadamente no solo se requiere la atención de la especialidad de neurología pediatrica en consulta, si no también se requiere nuestra atención en las emergencias médicas que se atienden en salas de urgencia y terapia intensiva, las cuales generan imprevistos en la agenda de consulta, por lo que considero que la atención médica debe juzgarse por la calidad de atención en consulta y no por dichos imprevistos.
